Ideal for groups of less than 10 people that have a reserved seating package in the Function Centre or for those wishing to enjoy the convenience and taste of a gourmet food hamper on a picnic blanket spread out on the grass in the sun.

Prepared by local caterer, Charlton Catering Services, this gourmet options includes:

Entrée: King Prawn Salad with a Sesame, Ginger and Lime Dressing

Main: Pyrenees Smoked Lamb served with Fattoush and Minted Garlic Dip and a Petite Pain Baguette

Dessert: Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta, Lemon and Passion fruit Curd Tart with Raspberry and Galliano Coulis and Fresh Berries in Season

Cheese: Tassie Brie, Mersey Valley Vintage served with Quince Paste and Crackers
