Cup, the Taltarni Avoca Cup attracts thousands of people to the picturesque
town of Avoca in the heart of Victoria’s Pyrenees.
Enjoy the country racing atmosphere, countless choices of gourmet food with a wide range of Taltarni’s red, white and sparkling wines.
Adding a little glamour to the event will be the Fashions on the Field. Categories include the Best Dressed Lady, Best Dressed Gent and the Best Dressed Couple.
The day will also provide live music, children’s activities, punters club ran by the 'man in the pork pie hat,' Barry Slater, and not forgetting a strong 6 race program with full TAB and bookmaker facilities.
Those who like to watch the metropolitan racing will not be disappointed with the big screen showing live telecasts of all the Caulfield Cup action.
