How to Book a Hospitality Package

Please state your contact details, which package you are after, what upgrade options, if there are any special dietary requirements along with your credit card for payment (please note cheques are also accepted and receipts are provided).

Payment Terms & Conditions

For bookings with a total amount under $400 (inc GST) full payment is due upon booking. For those over $400 (inc GST), a 25% deposit is required upon booking with the remainder due within 21 days of the booking or otherwise 10 days prior to the event, whichever comes first.

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason, this booking is cancelled by the customer the following conditions apply:

  • More than 10 days before the event – 25% cancellation fee applies. If the booking has not been paid in full, the deposit will be lost. (NB This fee is transferable to any ASTC event in the same racing season). Within 10 days of the event – non refundable.

If for any reason the Racecourse cancel the race meeting the following conditions will apply:

  • Cancellation of the meeting prior to the start of racing, the Club will recover its costs and refund balance to Marquee Holder.
  • No refund is payable once racing commences
